What we are looking for:-

A dynamic money motivated self employed Recruitment Consultant. Affinity Appointments have been established since 2005 and have recruited across Kent, Sussex and Surrey successfully for either one man bands or large blue chips.

Currently we are a team of two and we are now seeking a new addition to the team initially joining on a self employed basis.

How it works:-

We provide you with all of the recruitment tools required for the job, a fully functioning website, anything up to 10,000 leads, a mobile phone with unlimited call minutes, web based email and advertising on all the major recruitment job boards, as well as the availability of over 1 million candidates.

What will it entail:-

Initially creating your own portfolio of accounts and prospecting new clients across Kent, Sussex and Surrey. This WILL involve lots of phone calls as well as being able to use Affinity's email marketing tool.

We are an IT recruitment specialist however we would be interested in anyone looking to create their own desk either another specialist market or something generalist, admin, office etc

How much will you get paid:-

Nothing unless you make a placement! However, every placement you make you would be entitled to 30% of the final placement fee. E.g. a placement fee of £5000 you would earn £1500. Essentially it could only take one placement a month to earn a good salary. Should this be a regular occurrence then you would be entitled to a regular salary to be agreed.
