My client is seeking an IT Support Technician to join their expanding team, the right candidate would need to be able to support both internal and external issues. My client has a new IT infrastructure that needs to be supported and therefore the environment is predominantly a Microsoft environment as well as supporting SQL and VB. The right candidate would need experience in a customer facing role, and having some good knowledge of SQL would be a huge advantage. You will need to have seen SQL and be able to write SQL queries. As well as supporting SQL you will need to have some good networking experience, this will tie in with knowledge of IIS, DNS and Active Directory. You need the ability to understand complex procedures and work flows as well as having excellent support skills. We are seeking someone asap. Driving licence and own transport would be preferred. |
