My client is seeking an SQL Developer. This is an ideal 1st or 2nd job for a recent University graduate or College Leaver.Job Description• Working from predefined specifications, you will design and develop reports based on internal and external transactional data.• SQL (essential)• Understanding of relational databases (essential)• Advanced Excel skills – complicated formulas, macros, etc (essential)• Well developed all round IT skills (essential)• Knowledge of Crystal Reports (desirable)• Logical thinker• Good Mathematics/Statistics attainment (A Level standard or equivalent)• Will be using SQL 2008 reporting services• Organized, and able to deal with a number of concurrent projects • Self-driven and able to manage own time • Able to take decisions within own area and level of responsibility• Able to work from a predefined specification • General education to A Level standard or equivalent• Team player • Experience in a similar role preferred but not essential |
