Affinity Appointments were established in 2005, and are based in the Cosmopolitan City of Medway. We have enjoyed almost 2 years experience working with dedicated staff for the recruitment of permanent and contract IT, Sales and Administration personnel, our clients comprise of companies throughout Kent, Sussex and Surrey.

We have a comprehensive Candidate database which covers the entire spectrum of IT, Sales and Administration related appointments, enabling us to introduce high calibre candidates, with the skills and experience to match our Client requirements. 

We do NOT believe in passing you CV’s that do not fit your criteria. Being a specialist means we can draw upon over 15 years experience in recruitment.  Our satellite office based in Stockholm, Sweden means that we are capable of sourcing IT or Sales appointments/candidates throughout Europe.  We are currently in talks with several European companies and will be looking to fill positions in both Poland and Bulgaria within the coming year.  

Our standard terms of business are 17.5% of the successful applicant’s annual salary.  This is a one-off fee and we guarantee that if one of our applicant’s leaves within the probation period of 2 months, we will replace that applicant at no further cost.
